   I doubt that such a peaceful resolution is taking place in what has become a ‘war zone’.
   I’m old school. When a crime is committed, hang the criminal(s) upside down from street lights. Preferably dead. At first, there will be a large supply of volunteers to be strung up, but eventually, the criminals will get the message.
